Volume pricing, by category.
Unit prices are in USD, ex-works, and fall as your order grows. Every discount is computed live off the suggested retail price. Shipping is quoted separately; the exact per-model price sits on each product in the collection.

Terms & logistics
Terms that read in one page.
Minimum total order
MOQ is 100 units across any mix of SKUs. One unit = one towel, one washcloth set of 6, or one 2-pack. Because each SKU ships in full cartons, real orders land just above 100 (for example 112 units of The Bear, or 120 washcloth sets).
Order by the carton
Each SKU ships in whole cartons, typically 28 to 60 units (2-packs in 20). The carton count is on every product.
Payment terms
The first order is paid 100% in advance. Returning partners move to 50% deposit and 50% before dispatch.
Lead time
Varies with stock availability, production requirements and the selected freight route; confirmed after we review your order sheet and before the proforma invoice.
Availability
Confirmed only after we review your submitted order sheet. In-stock items generally dispatch within a few business days of payment and final confirmation. Stock is currently limited on selected styles.
Shipping
Shipping is not included. We quote freight separately to your address, or you can use your own forwarder.
Packaging
All prices include full retail packaging and branding, ready for the shelf.
How shipping works
Unit prices are ex-works and do not include freight. After you submit an order sheet we quote shipping separately, based on your destination, carton count and volume, and you choose how to proceed:
- We arrange it. We ship DAP to your delivery address (Incoterms® 2020). Freight appears as a separate line on the proforma invoice and is paid with the order.
- You arrange it. Use your own forwarder and collect from our facility; we prepare and hand over the cartons.
- We deliver duty paid. On routes where it is available we ship DDP: we handle import clearance and duties and quote them inside the freight figure, so the landed cost is fixed before you commit.
- You want options. Tell us your destination and we recommend a route and an indicative cost.
No stock is reserved and no delivery date is guaranteed until the proforma invoice is accepted and payment arrangements are completed. On DAP shipments the buyer is the importer of record and pays import duties, taxes, customs clearance and brokerage fees in the destination country. On DDP we take that on and it is priced into the freight quote; availability depends on the destination. Add your preference in the notes field on the order sheet.
Packaging
Retail packaging, already solved.
Hooded towels in the classic line ship in a branded gift box; value lines and washcloth sets ship in printed polybags. Every wholesale price on this site already includes the retail packaging and branding work.
Carton quantities are published for all 21 SKUs, with dimensions and shipping weights for the classic line. New-collection and 2-pack cartons are confirmed on your proforma.
All six 2-packs are open for wholesale orders and gift-boxed at no extra cost. Add them from your order sheet; carton counts are on every product.
