This is a business-to-business portal for retailers and distributors. Here is exactly what we store, what we set in your browser, and the commercial terms behind every order.

Cookies
This portal uses no advertising, analytics or third-party tracking cookies. We set one strictly necessary cookie:
- __Host-mbw_session — created only when you sign in to a partner account. It keeps you signed in, expires after 7 days, and is removed when you sign out. It contains a random token, no personal data.
Your draft order sheet is kept in your browser's local storage on your own device so you do not lose it between visits, and is mirrored to your account while you are signed in. Because we only use a strictly necessary cookie, no consent banner is required under the ePrivacy Directive and GDPR.
What we collect
- Partner account: company, contact name, work email, country, optional phone and website, and a password (stored only as a salted PBKDF2 hash — never in readable form).
- Orders and inquiries: the products and quantities you submit, delivery preference, and any notes you write.
- Security data: short-lived rate-limiting counters derived from your IP address, to prevent abuse.
We use this only to process your wholesale request and to contact you about it. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.
Processors
- Cloudflare — hosting, database and network security.
- Resend — sends the order notification email to us. Your data appears only inside that notification.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data, and can object to processing. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting your partner account removes your profile, cart and order history from the portal; we may keep invoices where accounting law requires it.
Wholesale terms
- Prices are indicative and expressed in USD per unit, ex-works, excluding freight, duties and taxes.
- Submitting an order sheet is a request, not a contract, and nothing is charged online. The order becomes binding only when both sides confirm a proforma invoice.
- The first order is paid 100% in advance. Returning partners move to 50% deposit and 50% before dispatch.
- Shipping is quoted separately. On DAP shipments the buyer is the importer of record and pays import duties, taxes, customs clearance and brokerage. On DDP, where available, we carry those and price them into the freight quote.
- Minimum order 100 units, from a single product or any mix. One unit is one sellable item: one hooded towel, one washcloth set of 6, or one 2-pack. Each SKU is ordered in full cartons. Lead time is generally estimated at 2 to 10 weeks, depending on stock availability, production requirements and the selected freight route; it is confirmed after review of the order sheet and before the proforma invoice.
- Product specifications, carton data and availability are confirmed on the final spec sheet with the proforma invoice.
- Availability is confirmed only after MiniBoo reviews the submitted order sheet. In-stock items generally dispatch within a few business days of payment and final order confirmation. No stock is reserved and no delivery date is guaranteed until the proforma invoice is accepted and payment arrangements are completed.
